A RETURN TO WHOLENESS BEGINS HERE.

Our holistic approach to healing incorporates a mind/body treatment that considers how lifelong experiences affect how we show up in the present moment. We observe the challenges that prevent life from being authentic and free by utilizing progressive treatment approaches such as EMDR, NARM (Neuro Affective Relational Model), Somatic Experiencing, and Post Induction Therapy. We believe that everyone deserves to live with freedom, possibility, and hope. Providing a safe therapeutic space allows our clients to trust their process while engaging in life-changing therapeutic modalities. We believe in treating from the root and healing the brain and body to create a life steeped in truth and acceptance.

OUR METHODS

EMDR

EMDR is a psychotherapy treatment that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy, people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference.

EMDR INTENSIVE
RETREATS

Susanne is our expert in EMDR and she uses Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR which understands how negative, scary or traumatic experiences get stored in the body while always holding a lens of attachment.  How we successfully bond to our primary caregivers or how that gets interrupted.

NEUROFEEDBACK

Neurofeedback strengthens, calms, stabilizes and restores the brain. Just like the muscles in your body, your brain needs training too. The overall goal of Neurofeedback is to improve neurological flexibility. The brain is optimally set up to shift easily between states, from sleep, to relaxation, to calm alert, and to high alert when necessary.

NARM®

NARM utilizes a bottom-up (Somatic mindfulness and regulation of the nervous system) and a top-down (our thoughts and limiting beliefs we tell ourselves) approach to address attachment, relational and developmental trauma.

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS

Neurofeedback (NFB) is a brain-based training tool used to optimize brain activity. It is a non-invasive, evidenced-based therapeutic method that uses the brain’s own potential and capacity to self-regulate, to improve mood, energy, clarity, sleep, performance, focus, and more.

Post Induction Therapy for Developmental Immaturity Treatment (formerly known as co-dependence) is a therapy modality designed to treat the effects of childhood trauma and resulting issues of developmental immaturity.
