With over 25 years of experience, my dedication lies in assisting people to heal and develop authentic connections with their "Self." Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, including adolescents, young adults, and adults, and running various therapeutic groups.

My counseling background is rooted in complex developmental trauma, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral theoretical perspectives. I have gained clinical expertise in trauma-informed care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to support your healing journey. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Trainer, I continuously strive to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of trauma therapy.

 

With a holistic and experiential perspective, I approach trauma treatment by recognizing the uniqueness of each client and guiding them toward a state of wholeness. My extensive training encompasses various modalities to address developmental and complex trauma, including EMDR with an attachment and somatic focus, Internal Family Systems, Neurofeedback, Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM) for attachment repair, Mindfulness, Post Induction Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. By integrating these approaches, I offer a comprehensive and personalized therapeutic experience to facilitate your healing journey.
